Double world champion and new Ferrari driver Fernando Alonso found it hard to keep his emotions in check this morning as the car he hopes will take him to his third title this season, the F10, was officially unveiled to the world.
“This is the first time for me, to be at a presentation for Ferrari, and it's a big emotion for me. I want to thank the whole team because they have worked really hard over the last few months to create this dream, this new car, and I also want to thank the sponsors and partners as they have also worked hard and with a lot of passion."
Alonso confirmed to the media that he is anxiously awaiting working with his new teammate, Felipe Massa, in getting the most out of the new car and returning the titles to the Maranello based squad.... "We're ready to take this challenge and the responsibility to bring it to 100 percent of its potential. Felipe and I will be a very strong team and we hope that we'll make all the Ferrari supporters around the world very proud to see this car winning the championship." |
