Just two teams and three drivers remained at the Barcelona circuit on Saturday where pre 2005 season testing continued in earnest. Ferrari test driver Luca Badoer was quickest for the second day in succession as he pounded the Spanish track behind the wheel of the F2004.
Meanwhile, seven time world champion Michael Schumacher finished second overall, two and half tenths slower than his Italian colleague while Felipe Massa’s Sauber was third, the C24 almost three seconds off Badoer’s pace.
Testing will continue here tomorrow.
