The British Racing Drivers' Club (BRDC) Board at its regular monthly meeting at Silverstone on Friday opted to elect Stuart Rolt, who was elected to the board on the 25th of May last year, as its new Chairman.
Sir Jackie Stewart OBE, President of the BRDC was pleased with the move and is looking forward to working with in regard in the future…
“I am pleased that the Board has given unanimous support to Stuart Rolt as the new Chairman and look forward to working with him in the important work that we have ahead for the BRDC in developing Silverstone as a Centre of Excellence for British Motorsport and in looking after the interests of the members of the Club,” he said in a statement.
