According to reports, Scuderia Toro Rosso are extending their current deal with Swiss racer Sebastien Buemi for the upcoming 2010 Formula one championship season after scoring six of the team’s eight points this season, the other two coming courtesy of two eighth placed finishes by French racer Sebastien Bourdais, who was let go half way through his second season.

It is also thought that the man to replace Bourdais, Jaime Alguersuari will also be given another season to prove his worth to the team after the Spaniard only signed on for the second half of the year.

At this stage there is still no official word from the team on their 2010 driver line up.
