This week has been a busy off-track week for McLaren racer Lewis Hamilton – starting with an interview with GQ UK magazine. The interview, conducted by GQ contributor Naomi Campbell, will feature in the March edition of the magazine.
The pair then attended the Prince’s Trust Future Investment Charity gala dinner at the Roundhouse in Camden. The event being one of the biggest fundraising evenings of the year for the Charity, which helps young people overcome barriers and realise their potential. Their efforts focus on those who've struggled at school, been in care, been in trouble with the law, or are long-term unemployed.
Lewis then took part in the filming for UK television programme Top Gear, to be shown this Sunday on BBC 2 at 8pm while yesterday, he was in Scotland with Vodafone McLaren Mercedes Partner Johnnie Walker, before he heads to Stevenage, Hertfordshire today.
On-track activity continues next week, where Lewis continues his 2008 preparations in Jerez, Spain. He will be testing over two days. |
