The FIA have today confirmed that former BAR boss Dave Richards has been accepted as the one and only new entrant for the 2008 Formula One championship season, making them the official twelfth team on the grid. This means that another ten hopefuls have been denied entry and wont be able to join the championship unless one of the teams already officially entered sells or pulls out of the series.
