Error free day for Buemi

After being in action on Tuesday, GP2 driver Sebastien Buemi was back in the cockpit for the Red Bull racing team on Thursday as the Milton Keynes based squad concluded their final day of a scheduled three day testing session here a t the Jerez circuit in hot and sunny Southern Spain.

 

On the job sheet for the final day was aero and suspension development and he finished fifth overall for the day after completing a total of 68 laps.

 

“It was a trouble free day and we got through all the high priority items” said Chief Test Engineer, Ian Morgan. “Sebastien did a good job, making no mistakes, achieving good lap times and providing useful feedback.”

 

Apart from pre-race shakedowns, this three-day Jerez session is the last team test prior to the one in Monza, which takes place a week before the Italian Grand Prix in September.
