As expected, former world champion Damon Hill has been elected as the new President at the  British Racing Drivers Club’s (BRDC) to succeed Sir Jackie Stewart who recently elected not to run for another term in office.

Hill OBE was unanimously elected to succeed Stewart while three new directors were also elected to the Board,  Lord Beaverbrook, Mr. Ray Bellm, Mr. Ian Titchmarsh.

The new directors succeed Mr. John Cardwell, Mr. Alan Henry and Mr. Michael Ostroumoff.
