It has been an intense week for the Ferrari Driver Academy drivers as from the start of the week on Monday Mirko Bortolotti, Daniel Zampieri and Raffaele Marciello have all been taking turns behind the wheel of the All-in Sport simulator in Modena, studied some English and took part in mental as well as physical training sessions.
Then there is also the on track work with Marciello driving in Fiorano on Wednesday with a Formula Abarth single-seater, while today Zampieri e Bortolotti and Jules Bianchi, who is now back from the GP2 Asia weekend in Bahrain, will drive behind the wheel of a F2008 from the F1 Clienti department on the home track in Maranello.
For Bortolotti this is a return to the wheel of this particular single-seater after his debut in a Formula 1 car on 26 November 2008 on this track. |
