There was more good news from the AEK in Budapest yesterday, the hospital where Felipe Massa has been recovering since his freak accident last Saturday. The Brazilian driver has had more tests which have confirmed his continued improvement. Felipe can speak, sit upright and was even able to take his first steps, meaning that he was finally able to leave intensive care.
From a clinical and radiological point of view everything is going extremely well but he will continue to stay at the AEK hospital for the next view days until he is moved somewhere else.
Yesterday afternoon Ferrari Chairman Luca di Montezemolo arrived in Budapest for the second time to meet personally with Felipe and on this visit he took dedications and greetings signed by all employees of the Gestione Sportiva department, starting from Stefano Domenicali, to his driver.
The Chairman also met with Felipe’s family and doctors, who further reassured him on the improvement of the state of Felipe’s health. |
