Red Bull drivers go skiing!

Red Bull racing’s Mark Webber and former teammate David Coulthard, went skiing in Austria at the weekend...well David did, Mark actually had to be carted up the mountain on a sledge.

Both men, along with new Toro Rosso driver Sébastien Buemi, were in Kitzbühel for the Hahnenkamm Rennen 2009 - the most extreme alpine skiing race of the season, dubbed the Monaco GP of the downhill world.

David was there to take part in a charity karting event in which his Wings For Life team lost out to Buemi and the Red Bull Mobile outfit. David also entered the Kitz Charity Trophy, a skiing event in aid of Tyrolean farmers. Mark decided not to.

Webber did, however, have to be hauled along by sledge and heavy duty cable up the Austrian mountain side to watch the downhill action.

Among the other guests who watched the downhill racing and attended the parties thrown over the weekend were Nascar driver Brian Vickers and Paris-Dakar legend Cyril Despres as well as F1 luminaries Bernie Ecclestone, Max Mosley and former F1-driver Ralf Schumacher. Ex-Boyzone star Ronan Keating took part in the Kitz Charity Trophy and sang.
