Michael Schumacher was the man of the say at the Jerez circuit today as the Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro team concluded their pre Suzuka testing program at the 4.428 km Jerez circuit in Southern Spain.
Under warm and dry conditions, the German took to the track where he concentrated on finalizing the scheduled tyre testing program for partners at Bridgestone. Michael completed a total of 89 laps in total, the quickest in a time of 1’15”629. shattering the unofficial lap record set by his teammate Rubens Barrichello in the process.
Now it’s time to head to Japan for the penultimate round of the 2004 season to be held at the Suzuka circuit next weekend.
