Amongst the numerous amount of news that will flow later today regarding the launch of the new 2010 Ferrari Formula One contender, there will also be an initiative connected to Telethon.
As of the upcoming season the logo of Telethon, the Foundation financing research projects in the areas of muscular dystrophy and other genetic diseases, will be present on the overalls of the Scuderia Ferrari drivers.
Ferrari’s engagement in favour of Telethon isn’t limited to Formula 1. As of this year also the Galleria Ferrari – the official museum in Maranello with over 200,000 visitors each year – will stand close to the Foundation. The museum’s visitors can contribute with donations via their tickets or at the ticket desk, where a Telethon donation can be found.
Furthermore the guests of Ferrari, who will have the opportunity to visit the company, will stand next to Telethon, contributing with a donation of at least 5 euros. |
