After carrying out a four day testing session in Jerez last week, the Scuderia Ferrari team feel confident that they will have a strong car for the next round on the agenda, this weekend’s Hungarian Grand prix, round eleven of the 2008 championship season.
Regular driver Felipe Massa only took part for the fourth and final day in Jerez where he spent most of the day working mainly on various different set-up options on the car and on development of new solutions aimed not just at the upcoming Budapest round, but also the new Valencia event.
“We saw some things which should be interesting for the up coming races and we carried out an intensive investigation on the set-up of the car,” Felipe explained. “There is so much data at our disposal that will help us be as well prepared as possible for Hungary. The fight for the title is still very open and we will leave nothing to chance in pursuing our objectives.” |
