"I made some mistakes, the team has also made some mistakes, but team is the key word: we are a team and so we win and we lose together," he said. "The most important thing is to ensure we all learn from the mistakes to ensure they do not happen again.”

“This year has definitely not delivered the results that I wanted or expected. So, although there is still Sunday's race to go, I am already looking forward to trying again next season.
