With all but a few seats remaining on the 2005 Formula One grid, seats that have a number of potential drivers, Dutch driver Jos Verstappen is looking at the ChampCar series in America to further his racing career.
Verstappen, who sat out the 2004 season after failing to negotiate a successful deal with the Jordan Grand Prix team, is eager to get back on the race track and is thought to be in discussions with several teams about a future ride.
After spending his last few seasons in Formula One with back of the grid teams such as Minardi and Arrows, Jos is eager to show what he is still capable of achieving.
"I want to be in a car that enables me to show how good I am," he told Autosport. "I want to be able to overtake, I want to fight for positions, I want to be running for podium places."
