According to reports in Autosport, Red Bull Racing have repaired the chassis Sebastian Vettel was unhappy with after Monaco and have given it the German’s teammate, Mark Webber, to use from this weekend’s British Grand Prix.
Webber smashed his chassis at the recent European Grand prix when he rammed into the back of Heikki Kovalainen’s Lotus whilst attempting to make a pass on the slower car, however the team have now opted to use that car as the spare rather than give it back to Webber to race.
The chassis is the same one that delivered Vettel’s first win of the season in Malaysia. |
